My name is Annalise Hardy

Annalise is a soon-to-be graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Her love of arts and crafts led her to the world of pastry, where she found a perfect blend of creativity and precision. Originally from Atlanta, GA, she now focuses on chocolates, confections, and decorative work that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

My name is Evgeniya Koshelyaevs
Evgeniya's journey into the world of pastry began with a simple but profound passion for chocolates and confections. Evgeniya is currently a student at the Culinary Institute of America, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Food Business Management. Her semester of Advanced Baking and Pastry Techniques in California is allowing her to not only master the craft of creating beautiful products but also to understand the business behind building a successful brand.

My name is Andrew Hillyard
Andrew is a Baking and Pastry Arts student at The Culinary Institute of America, where he is majoring in Food Business Management. Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Andrew is passionate about exploring the history behind chocolate, from sourcing to tempering. This bean to bar project reflects my knowledge of understanding chocolate at its origins and transforming it into something thoughtful and delicious.
